Crockpot cheese dip… it’s easily one of my favorite go-to appetizer recipes!
And who hasn’t tried this recipe yet?
It’s the ever-so-popular Velveeta, Rotel cheese dip that just about everyone has tried at this point.
It is the perfect appetizer for holidays, game days, birthdays, and just about any kind of get-together you can think of.
And if you haven’t tried it yet, then here’s your queue to do so.
This is my version of a quick, simple, and easy appetizer that everyone loves and is always a hit!
Ingredients I used:
16 oz block Velveeta Original Cheese
1 can Rotel
1 lb extra lean ground beef (add your choice of spices to beef)
Serve with corn tortilla chips
Optional: Add in any other kind of cheese and spices of your choice
Cook ground beef on stovetop (with any and all spices of your choice)
Once cooked pour ground beef into crockpot (on low until all cheese is melted then leave on warm setting)
Cut cheese into blocks before adding to crock pot
Add in 1 can Rotel
Note: Add water as needed to thin out cheese to your liking
This dip is always a crowd pleaser and an often-requested appetizer.
So next time you’re looking for something quick, easy, and yummy make sure to give it a try!
